- Due to the customized nature of our products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect size selection, or dissatisfaction with design choices made during the ordering process.
- Returns are only accepted for non-customized items within 14 days of delivery, in compliance with Klarna’s return policy.
- Refunds are not provided for orders that have entered the printing, manufacturing, or personalization stage.
- We reserve the right to refuse refunds for orders that have been fulfilled and delivered in accordance with the specifications provided by the customer.
3. Damaged or Defective Items:
- While refunds are not offered for custom-printed products, we stand behind the quality of our merchandise.
- If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
- We may request evidence of the damage, such as photographs, to assess the issue and determine the appropriate course of action.
